Trilogy

The other day I was browsing past different author sites and found Jennifer McKenzie. She's another Diva and someone I have grown to admire. I don't know her or her writing but I feel that we connected due to our passion for romantic suspense. Her website is similar to mine, but she has this fabulous notion to include a blurb from her work, rather than the "coming soon" message. Being the gracious person she is, she didn't mind my following suit.

Yesterday, I spent a good part of the day creating a blurb for my current WIP, Hunted. I've had the idea to have this be the first of a trilogy, with some vague ideas of the next two books. Creating their plots was interestingly fun and easy. I guess already knowing who Jack and Angela are, and knowing where they end up at the end of Hunted, made it simpler. I had a few surprises, like adding a child (not theirs, someone else's) to the second story, as well as a different kind of killer.

I'm also hoping to take a rare approach to portraying the killer in book three. Hope to not be getting too ahead of myself, but I'm really proud of what I've accomplished thus far. Now back, to my outline for book one. I am such a stickler for organization and thrilled to have finally found my niche.

Don't forget to visit my site and tell me what you think of my trilogy. ;)

Terrific website. You did a much better job on your trilogy than I did on my wip. Nice.
The trilogy sounds fabulous! Can't wait to see you get those pubbed.
